KartWise Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, KartWise Pro (the "App"), collects, uses, and stores your information.

2. Information We Collect

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, as well as racing-related data including driver profiles, kart setup parameters (e.g., gearing, chassis settings), and performance metrics (e.g., lap times). This data is used to provide the app’s core functionality, including history tracking and AI-powered performance analysis.

A. Personal Identity & Authentication

Name and Email Address: Used to create your user profile and secure your account.
User ID: A unique identifier linked to your Google account to persist your data across devices.

B. Driver Profiles (Sensitive User Inputs)

To provide contextual karting analysis, we collect the following data points that you voluntarily enter:

Driver Attributes: Name, Age, Date of Birth, and Weight.
Country of Residence: Used for regional localization.

Important Note: Driver Weight and Age are collected strictly for physics calculations and historical session context. This data is not used for health monitoring, medical diagnosis, or fitness tracking.

C. Device & Sensor Data

Audio: Microphone access for voice-to-text commands.
Location: Precise or Coarse location for sorting tracks and fetching local weather.
Media: Camera/Gallery access for analyzing visual queries.

3. How We Use Your Data

Account Management: Your Name/Email ensures you can log in and retrieve your history on any device.
Karting Optimization: Your Weight may be used to calculate optimal seat positions and setup configurations based on physical variables.
Session History: We store your entered data to build a timeline of your performance.
Service Execution: Audio and Images are processed by third-party AI to answer technical queries.

Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized data to generate community benchmarks. This data (e.g., 'Average Tyre Pressure at Whilton Mill') does not reveal your identity. We use this to:

Train our race engineering algorithms.
Show you how your setup compares to the field (Global Trends).
Improve the accuracy of our baseline recommendations.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers:

Authentication: Google Firebase Authentication handles your login credentials securely.
Cloud Database: Your Profile and Session History are stored in a secure cloud database.
AI Processing: Google Gemini API processes inputs to provide analysis and recommendations.
Weather: Location data is sent to weather providers to fetch track conditions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Persistent Storage: Your Profile and History are stored until you choose to delete them.
Ephemeral Processing: Raw Audio and images are processed ephemerally and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion via the "Delete Account" feature in App settings or by emailing kartwisepro@gmail.com.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
